Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation:
Due to the instant and automated delivery of digital eBooks in PDF format to the customer’s email address immediately after purchase, orders once placed cannot be cancelled.

Duplicate Orders:
If you have accidentally purchased the same eBook more than once, please contact our support team within 24 hours of the duplicate transaction. After verifying the details, we will issue a refund for the duplicate purchase only.

Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refund:
As all ThinkPDF products are digital downloads delivered instantly via email, refunds are not applicable once the files have been delivered successfully.

Refunds for Invalid or Incorrect Files:
A refund or replacement will be provided only if the eBook or digital product received does not match the description on our platform or if the file is corrupt/unopenable.
Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of the transaction with valid proof or screenshots.

Include your order ID, purchase date, and reason for the refund. We may ask for additional information to verify the request before approval.

Legal Agreement

Upon completing a transaction, you enter into a legally binding agreement with ThinkPDF to purchase the selected digital product(s).
Cancellations or refunds will only be processed under the specific terms mentioned above. ThinkPDF retains full discretion in approving or rejecting any cancellation or refund requests.
