Digital Delivery Only

All products listed on our store are digital eBooks. No physical products will be shipped.

Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive:

  • An instant download link on the checkout confirmation page, and/or

  • A download email sent to your registered email address.

If you have created an account on our store, your purchased eBooks may also be available for download from your “My Account” or “Downloads” section.

Delivery Time

Digital delivery is usually instant. In rare cases, it may take up to 1 hour due to network delays or payment gateway processing time.

Shipping Charges

There are no shipping or handling fees, as all eBooks are delivered electronically.

Failed or Missing Downloads

If you do not receive your download link within one hour of purchase:

  • Please check your spam/junk folder.

  • If you still can’t find it, contact us at [your support email] with your order number, and we’ll resend your eBook access immediately.

Returns & Refunds

Since eBooks are digital and downloadable products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the download link has been sent.
However, if you experience a technical issue preventing you from accessing your eBook, please contact us — we’ll make sure you get your purchase.
